How Will My Delivery Be Shipped?
ForHairWaxStick ships all in-stock orders with First-Class Mail Tracking® service(Hair products ship securely - wax formulas temperature-controlled, stick applicators protected).Please contact customer support. If you have any questions about our hair wax stick, feel free to reach out — we're happy to help.Please allow 7-10 business days (preparation time not included) for in-stock items to be shipped with Default Shipping or 1-2 business days for in-stock orders to be shipped with Priority Mail Express® service.I Ordered More Than One Item. We synchronize shipments for all hair products - wax items and stick tools ship together when possible. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Can I Change the Delivery Address of My Package After It Has Been Shipped Out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.This applies to all hair care items, wax products and stick shipments equally.
